1. Delivery Policy
Digital download products can be accessed as soon as your payment has been authorized. Purchases that include physical components (i.e. books, CDs and DVDs) will be despatched within 3 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 business days within Singapore and up to 14 business days outside Singapore.
2. Refunds, Replacement & Cancellation Terms
The majority of our customers are very happy with their product purchases, and participation in programs.
- Products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order. Please see our refund policy for conditions. Giants Learning Technologies will refund your payment less shipping and handling within 3 business days of receiving your request. If you receive goods from Giants Learning Technologies that are damaged or defective, we will be happy to send replacements of the defective components. Alternatively, you may return all the components for a refund (less shipping and handling). Please allow 3 business days for processing.
- Programs. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our conducted programs, you may request a refund within 14 days of your program. Giants Learning Technologies will refund your payment within 3 business days upon receiving your request.
3. Refund Policy
- Products. A return can be requested only if the delivered item is defective. Incidents such as defective items and unmatched orders may happen, however, the occurrences of such incidents are rare, as we would perform visual QC before sending them out. In the event where products are found to be defective, we would refund the full value of the defective item into your account.
- Guidelines for Return.
- Only the person who ordered the product may return the product.
- Take a picture of the defective product.
- Use an image editor to circle the defective area on the item.
- Send an email with the picture to email@example.com with following details in your email:
- Order Number
- Product Code
- Attach photo of defective item
- Brief description of the defective item or unmatched item
- We would then send you a confirmation email upon accepting your return. After receiving our confirmation email, please send the defective/unmatched item to us. If we deem it as defective, we would then credit the full value of the item into your Pay Pal Account.
- The costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. All exchanges have to be done within 30 days after delivery of parcel.
2. Programs. Non-Attendance / Cancellation
- Don’t worry. We understand that certain disruptions happen.
- However, if you are a no-show, NO registration / Course fees will be refunded.
- Also, ALL Deposits are non-refundable.
- Nonetheless, GLT encourages substitutions, and there is no administrative fee for the first switch.
- Subsequent changes will result in a $100 administrative fee surcharge.
- Please inform us at least 2 weeks before the start of the program so that we can facilitate the arrangements and/ or refund (excluding the deposit)
- There will be no refund of the program if cancellation is done within 2 weeks to the start date.
- If you cannot make it for the stated date, we would slot you into the next available seminar / course date automatically. We would inform you of the dates.
- Please note however that the Seminar / Course Fees may increase in the future. You are more than welcome to top-up the price difference.
- If you are unable to find a suitable timing that meets your expectations, we would refund you the remaining of the program fees that you paid (excluding the deposit)
- Previews, Webinars and teleseminars are non-refundable.
- GLT reserves the right to cancel any event in its reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by GLT, registration fees will be refunded in full. GLT shall have no further liability.
i. Seminar and Workshop Satisfaction
- You have a money back guarantee (excluding deposit) within 14 days, once you have attended the programs.
- If you feel that the methods and strategies shared by the strategists are not what you are looking out for, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
- Just return us all course materials and we will refund you the full investment (excluding deposit). However we will need you to sign a non-disclosure agreement because of the Intellectual Property Rights on our programme materials.
